At the time of the 1911 census, a French Canadian couple  – Sylvio Page and Florina Lemire – were living in the Sault-St-Louis census district (Caughnawaga – Kahnawake). They were farmers, and presumably were one of the French Canadian families who were leasing land for a fixed period of time. They had been married the year before in nearby St-Constant.

Marriage Information:

Sylvio Page (son of Olivier Page and Eloise Laplante) married Florina Lemire (daughter of Leon Lemire and Eleonore Guerin) in St-Constant, Laprairie on May 24th, 1910.
