Tombola at Caughnawaga Continues During July

Another colorful annual Indian tombola in aid of St. Francis Xavier Mission is being held this year at Caughnawaga every weekend during the month of July.

Indian handicrafts, baskets, beadwork and souvenirs are among the displays, and are th prizes in various contests udring the evening.

Chief Poking Fire and his Mohawk braves in full regalia are presenting a complete program of traditional dances and folklore nightly during bazaar month. Indian-style booths serve refreshments.

Visitors are invited to participate in amateur shows.
