Eugene Laplante (son of Augustin Laplante and Sara Bergeron) married Marie Anna Desjardins (daughter of Pierre Desjardins and Marguerite Provost) in St-Viateur parish in Limoges (Russell County, Limoges, Ontario) on November 19th, 1900.

This couple might be related: Pierre Desjardins (son of Louis Desjardins and Flavie Hebert-Leconte) and Marguerite Provost (daughter of Antoine Provost and Julie Dubois) who were married in Ste-Marthe (Vaudreuil, Quebec) on January 14th, 1868.
