The Thompsons | Pioneer Families of Shippegan

Donat Robichaud says that it’s believed that the two Thompson brothers – Martin and William were from Prince Edward Island.

Martin Thompson married Brigitte Mazerolle. Their children were: Abraham (m. Jeanne Aylward,  Isidore Gagnon‘s widow), David (m. Marie Savoie, daughter of Melere Savoie and Rosalie Mallais), Joseph (m. Gilette Brideau, daughter of Laurent Brideau and Marguerite Robichaud) and Xavier who died single at the age of 25.

William Thompson married Henriette Chiasson. Their children were Olivier, Brigitte and Philomene.
