(excerpt)  Charles Cote  “of lot 16, concession 16, Tiny, died at the age  of seventy, and is buried at Lafontaine. He came originally  from La Cloche, and had been in the employ of the Hudson’s Bay  Company. He was descended from the family of Jean Baptiste Coté,  of Ile Verte, Quebec, 1723.
