Bagotville, St-Maurice Valley, Quebec (Featured)

This is an early twentieth century view of Bagotville which is located  in the St-Maurice Valley, Quebec.  Bagotville was merged with Grande-Baie and Pro-Alfred to form the town of La Baie, and La Baie was then folded into the city of Saguenay. Today, when people speak of Bagotville, they’re usually referring to CFB Bagotville, a Canadian Air  Force Base.
