Hebert Family Genealogy | Shippegan, New Brunswick Founding Families

 

Benjamin Hebert and Colette Scolastique Duguay are the first Hebert couple in Shippegan. He was a Quebecker and is believed to have been from the Gaspesie. Their children included: DominiqueJosephAngeleMoiseIsaie (m. Catherine Pelletier), Angele (m. Vital Duguay and then Jean-Baptiste Paquet), Francois d’Assis (m. Marie Robert), Ferdinand (m. Sara Mallet), Romain (m. Elisabeth Bulger), Eugene (m. Marguerite Mallet).
